Eco Friendly Sandwich Bags - Reusable & Washable

This is an Eco Friendly Sandwich Bag. Reduce, Recycle and Reuse by using reusable sandwich bags. This is a 100% cotton outside with food safe nylon water and moisture resistant liner, it has a Velcro closure to secure the top and keep your sandwich inside.

The bag measures 7" x 7". To keep it clean just wipe the inside and air dry or throw it in the washer and air or line dry. A great way to lessen waste of plastic bags.

Loving turning my shop over to eco friendly items. More to come :)

Do you frequently lose power?

During hurricane Sandy we were one of many without power for over a week.  During that time, we were using all kinds of lighting sources because you never realize how dark it is until you don't have power.  Well, we decided to create these battery operated lights that can be used inside or outside and they work off batteries that can be found at your local grocery store.  We are in the process of making solar lights to.  The style of the jar allows them to illuminate a large area and from the pattern of the wire makes a pretty design.  Check them out we have received alot of compliments on them so decided we would offer them on line.  You can find them here if you are interested:)

Quick easy Chicken

Do you use a crock pot?  Well I have started using mine for more than just pork & pot roasts.  I welcome to try new recipes please feel free to email me some of your favorites:)  So I tried a chicken dish, I make it all the time in the oven but thought I'd see how it came out in the crock pot.  Its really quite easy just put your chicken in and then put Italian dressing on it.  I like to use chicken thighs, we prefer dark meat and I at times debone them and use them like chicken breasts.

So, I put frozen chicken in and then put dressing over it and cooked it all day.

This is how it looked when it was done.  It was good and moist and had flavor all the way through.
How do you make your chicken?
