This vintage ceramic jug shaped vase was made by Jopeko ceramics in West Germany during the 1950s. The vase stands 15cms tall with a base diameter of 12.5cms. The narrowest point at the neck is 5.5cms wide.

The vase is smooth with ridges around the neck of the vase and a large curved handle. Around the base there is an attractive white drip pattern to the matte glaze. On the bottom are the numbers 407/15 denoting the vase's design and size.

There are no chips, cracks or other damage.

Coming this Friday will be our First Etsy Feature...

Starting this August 19, we will be Picking an Etsy Artist to feature.  Our first feature Artist is BEACHSEACRAFTS.  I’ve known Beaches for a quite a few months and met her through the BNR’s on Etsy.  I think she is a wonderful painter and I love all of her shell designs.  They remind me of the wonderful  vacations,  I’ve had with my family at the shore.  To read more about her, see her feature on Friday, August 19,  2011.

This is just one of her many handcrafted treasures, to see more check out the interview on Friday, August 19, 2011.
