Quick easy Chicken

Do you use a crock pot?  Well I have started using mine for more than just pork & pot roasts.  I welcome to try new recipes please feel free to email me some of your favorites:)  So I tried a chicken dish, I make it all the time in the oven but thought I'd see how it came out in the crock pot.  Its really quite easy just put your chicken in and then put Italian dressing on it.  I like to use chicken thighs, we prefer dark meat and I at times debone them and use them like chicken breasts.

So, I put frozen chicken in and then put dressing over it and cooked it all day.

This is how it looked when it was done.  It was good and moist and had flavor all the way through.
